A floating concrete structure is a solid body made of reinforced concrete and an inner chain of chambers filled with a lightweight impermeable material.
In this event, participants are supposed to make a Concrete Structure which has floating property.
Unleash your imagination and ideas to innovate the structure made, using CONCRETE.

 

Rules

 

• Dimension of floating concrete must be with in 30cm long,15cm wide,10cm height and 1cm thick

• Three members per team

• The structure should float.

• The density of the floating concrete should be minimum.

• The prizes will be awarded based on density, leakage free and load carrying capacity.

• Materials Required: Cement, Fine aggregate,chicken mesh.

• Note:Use of admixtures is allowed.Use of asbestos sheet and cardboard will prone to elimination.
