Rules

 

• Total creative freedom is provided.

• It should not be in slide form, rather can be an animation

• Length of film shall not exceed 8 minutes

• Films must be submitted in pendrive in mpeg format on the day of presentation

• Certificates will be given for best film (giving good message) and for the best multimedia

• Judges decision will be final.
